The term
hiatus is usually used to refer to someone taking a planned break for any
number of reasons from either their job or profession. This blog isn’t my job (which
requires no real writing), or my profession (of which I have none). Rather it’s
simply a hobby that I enjoy, but not as much as I relish sitting on the couch
and watching sports. That would explain the very long break from posting any
articles on this site. Simply, it’s just been an extended period of laziness
and nothing more, although hiatus sounds an awful lot more impressive, so let’s
just call it that. There will soon be more postings to come.
